The Month Of Package is for the bride and groom who plan their wedding but want a reliable professional to take over responsibilities during the final stretch. This package is one of the best wedding gifts you can give yourself. It’s an opportunity for you, your family, and your friends to relax and fully enjoy the wedding you’ve been dreaming of! This package includes the following services:

PREPARATION 

  •  One (1) 2 hours in-person consultation meeting. 

  •  Unlimited access via phone and email four (6) month prior to the wedding day. 

  •  Create a detailed timeline for rehearsal, ceremony and reception.

  • Contact all vendors a month prior to your wedding date

VENDOR'S COORDINATION  

  • Be the main point of contact for all of your vendors prior to the wedding.

  • Management of deliveries and set up at the venue the day of your wedding.

  • Distribute wedding day timeline to all vendors to ensure your day runs immaculately.

  • Contact vendors a month before the wedding to confirm previous discussions and a week prior to verify all final details. 

  • Relay final headcount to appropriate parties.

WEDDING REHEARSAL 

  • 2 hours of  ceremony rehearsal coordination.

  • Organize the wedding party for line-up and placement.

WEDDING DAY 

Full day wedding coordination: overall management of wedding ceremony and reception

  • Manage the timeline of the event with the wedding party, family members and vendors.

  • Final inspections on setup (as per instructions and session discussions)

  • Set up programs and other ceremony & reception items i.e. centerpieces, guest book, unity candles, place table names, place cards, favors, etc.

  • Be the point of contact for all vendors.

  • Ensure that ceremony musicians/DJ have arrived and directed them as to where to set up.

  • Confirm the music that ceremony musicians will play during the ceremony, as well as start times for each piece of music.

  • Line up the bridal party for their entrances down the aisle.

  • Cue ceremony musicians when bridal party is ready to begin the walk down the aisle.

  • Gather family and friends for after ceremony photos.

  • Organize and distribute all personal flowers to the wedding party, family members, and special guests.

  • Provide emergency bridal kit (if needed).

  • Review reception activities and timeline with the caterer, band, MC, DJ and photographers/videographers.

  • Handle any issues that may arise on the day of the wedding.

  • Greet guests and assist with seating arrangements as needed.

  • Ensure proper flow of cocktail hours food.

  • Help guests locate their escort cards and dining table.

  • Locate the bride and groom and instruct them to get ready for their introduction and first dance.

  • Cue band/DJ when the majority of guests have found their tables and bride and groom are ready to be introduced.

  • Most importantly, attend to bride and groom to make sure they have everything they need at all times during their special day.

  • Pack up gifts/cards, miscellaneous ceremony, and reception items and have them ready to be taken to a family members car at the end of the night.

  • Manage clean-up
