PREPARATION

One 1 hours venue walkthrough to discuss/create a floor plan.

Unlimited access via phone a month prior to your wedding date.

Creating a wedding timeline for your ceremony/reception.

Contact all vendors a month prior to your wedding date.
WEDDING DAY
Full-day wedding coordination: overall management of wedding ceremony and reception.

Manage the timeline of the event with the wedding party, family members, and vendors.

Final inspections on setup (as per instructions and session discussions).

Set up programs and other ceremony items i.e. guest book, unity candles, place table names, place cards, favors, etc.

Be the point of contact for all vendors.

Ensure that ceremony musicians/DJ have arrived and directed them as to where to set up.

Confirm the music that ceremony musicians will play during the ceremony, as well as start times for each piece of music.

Line up the bridal party for their entrances down the aisle.

Cue ceremony musicians when the bridal party is ready to begin the processional.

Gather family and friends for after-ceremony photos.
-
Organize and distribute all personal flowers to the wedding party, family members, and special guests.

Provide an emergency bridal kit (if needed).

Review reception activities and timeline with the caterer, band, MC, DJ, and photographers/videographers.

Handle any issues that may arise on the day of the wedding.

Greet guests and assist with seating arrangements as needed.

Ensure proper flow of cocktail hours food.

Help guests locate their escort cards and dining table.

Locate the bride and groom and instruct them to get ready for their introduction and first dance.

Cue band/DJ when the majority of guests have found their tables and bride and groom are ready to be introduced.

Most importantly, attend to the bride and groom to make sure they have everything they need at all times during their special day.

Pack up gifts/cards, miscellaneous ceremony, and reception items and have them ready to be taken to a family member's car at the end of the night.

Manage clean-up.
